Shipping Info


Subscribers recieve Free UPS Ground Shipping on U.S.A orders on $100 or more. Orders being shipped internationally (Canada included) are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Most orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day, however, some orders may take up to 24-48 hours for processing. Please keep in mind we do not process, ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays!

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground unless you select an alternative shipping method. We also offer UPS Overnight and UPS 2nd Day. Orders placed for overnight service before 12:00 PM PST will ship out same day and arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends). Orders placed on Friday before 12:00 PM PST will be delivered to you the following business day.

You will receive an email confirmation 24 business hour after your order has been shipped that includes tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

WEHOLDTHEG prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise while fulfilling customer orders accurately! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase and we will provide you with a full refund. Any item(s) returned between 31 and 60 days after purchase will be automatically given a store credit that is redeemable on our site at any time. Returns must be in original condition and in all their original packaging. WEHOLDTHEG will not accept return items with any signs of wear or with any of the original tags not included.

All Sale Items, Swimwear and Gift Card purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Any item that is returned without approval will have a restocking fee of 25% of the original item price.

At this time we do NOT offer direct exchanges, but don’t worry go ahead and replace an order for the correct size or color and as soon as we receive your return we will issue you either a refund or gift credit whichever applies.

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please send an email to In this email please include your first and last name, order number the item(s) you wish to return and your reason for the return. We will get back to you with you RMA that you will need to include in your return shipment. Once our warehouse has received your item and it has been checked in, we will issue you your refund or gift credit.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
